Patricia is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Employment, Pensions & Benefits practice in the Madrid office. She holds a law degree from the Universidad de Cantabria and a master in Labour Law from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

Patricia has experience in all aspects of Employment and Social Security law, providing advice on the hiring of ordinary employees and senior managers, adaptation foreign work contracts to Spanish legislation, the carrying out of individual dismissals, collective negotiations, employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and legal due diligences, assistance during legal proceedings, etc.
