Pedro Diaz is a senior associate of our firm, member of our Regulation and Financing and Capital Markets teams. His practice focuses in administrative law, financial regulation, and capital markets.

He is a graduated lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with post graduate diplomas in finance from CENTRUM Business School and securities market from ESAN University. Additionally, he is a CFA Claritas certificate holder.

Before joining Rebaza, Alcazar & De Las Casas, he acted as public officer in the Peruvian securities regulator (Superintendence of Securities Market).

Pedro has participated in financing transactions, IPO´s,  tender offers, crisis management, listed companies restructuring, investments funds, mutual funds, and financial regulation issued by SBS (Peruvian banking regulator) and the SMV (Peruvian securities market regulator).
