Pedro Marques da Gama Castro Pereira joined Pérez-Llorca in 2006, after four and a half years of practicing law in Portugal, where he accumulated extensive experience in the field of Commercial Law, essentially advising Portuguese, Spanish and United Kingdom clients in all topics related to the company.
Experience
Pedro is specialized in Commercial and Corporate Law issues, particularly in mergers and acquisitions of private, national and international companies, all in different types of sectors. In this area, Pedro has also advised various M&A operations with private equity and hedge funds.
Pedro’s practice actively includes advising in relation to distressed operations, in particular the purchase and sale of credit portfolios, acquisitions of productive units in the context of pre-insolvency or bankruptcy, and reorganization and restructuring of companies. in complex situations ("special situations").
