the lenders on the EUR740m acquisition facility and the issuing banks on the EUR1.1bn equity CNMV guarantee facility for DS Smith plc in relation to its public acquisition of Europac of Spain
the lenders on the €1.3bn acquisition facilities for Playtech’s public offer for Snaitech of Italy
the lenders in relation to the €1.240bn and US$500m post-IPO financing for Philips Lighting
Sibanye Gold on its US$2.7bn bridge financing for its U.S. public acquisition of Stillwater Mining
