Raquel joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022 as Real Estate Counsel. Before joining her, she provided services in international offices of the magic circle.
Experience
Raquel has advised national and international clients on acquisitions and transfers of all types of real estate assets, sale and leaseback operations, creation of real estate joint ventures, purchase and sale of mortgage and consumer loan portfolios, as well as distressed debt acquisitions. NPLs) and REO portfolios, among others.
