Ricardo has experience advising clients in proceedings before the ordinary courts, administrative litigation and corporate insolvency proceedings before the Superintendence of Companies. Has represented the interests of clients in the financial and real estate sectors in various types of litigation, including contractual disputes, civil liability and commercial disputes.

He is a member of the Youth Arbitration Network of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota and was a student member of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law, areas in which he has strengthened his interest and training in conflict resolution mechanisms and procedural law.
