Focusing on transactional matters, Rodolphe is a Partner within EY Law.

He advises international and regional clients on M&A, PE investments, joint ventures (JVs) and other strategic alliances, venture capital, and general corporate law matters.

Prior to joining EY, Rodolphe worked in the corporate practice of leading global law firms (in Paris, New York, and Dubai) for over 20 years.

He studied law at the University of Paris, where he received a post-graduate degree in business law, Reading University (England) and Columbia University (New York, USA) where he earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business and Corporate Law.

Rodolphe is a member of the New York and Paris bars and registered as a legal consultant in Dubai.

His work has been consistently recognized by numerous legal publications.
