Rosario Miranda is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Antitrust areas of our Firm. Her practice is focused on M&A transactions, as well as corporate and antitrust advisory under the new merger control regime.

She is a graduate of the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
