Rosendo Moya is an Associate of Ulises Cabrera, he has worked for 9 years for the firm, mainly in criminal cases, as well as constitutional, labour and civil trials. He has 4 years of previous experience in the National Public Defender’s Office, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law, several diplomas in procedural techniques, a Diploma in High Technology Crimes and Traffic Law.

His experience in these matters allows him to safeguard the fundamental rights of our clients and to provide technical assistance and effective advice in legal proceedings arising from the application of sanctions derived from criminal, financial and high-tech offences, constitutional protection actions, traffic accidents and any other conflict of a criminal nature.
