She is a lawyer and PhD in Public International Law and she brings to the Department her experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to companies, public administrations and individuals in all matters related to Environmental Law, including waste and contaminated soils, environmental prevention and control of activities, renewable energies, circular economy, climate change and sustainable development.
Roser also has experience as a teacher in the fields of Public International Law, Environmental Law and renewable energies.
She is a member of the Environmental Law Section of the Culture Commission of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
