He has over 25 years of experience in Social Security Law, advising national and international companies on regulatory compliance, consultancy, and legal defense before the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT). He has been involved in the implementation of pension systems in Mexico and is a frequent speaker at forums organized by various academic and business institutions.
