Susana has extensive experience in defense and representation in the tax field, in all types of procedures, especially those carried out before the Treasury Inspection, and in the tax-litigation field, as well as in the filing of all types of resources, both through administrative means –replacement resources and economic-administrative claims– and through contentious-administrative means in all its instances (contentious-administrative courts, higher courts of justice, National Court, Supreme Court and Constitutional Court).
