Yolanda Azanza joins Pérez-Llorca in July 2023 to strengthen the Securities Markets practice.

Experience

Yolanda has 27 years of experience working in the Madrid office of a renowned international firm, she is a specialist in all aspects of capital markets and represents issuers and placement banks in cross-border transactions, both fixed income and variable income, including convertible and exchangeable bonds, regulatory capital, covered bonds, hybrid instruments, bond and commercial paper issuance programs, IPOs, secondary offerings and block operations.

The deep knowledge that she has of the market, together with her technical strength, has allowed her to generate lasting relationships of trust with her clients, which include both financial entities and multinationals and large Spanish companies. Azanza has a high international profile and has repeatedly participated in multi-jurisdictional operations.
