Yolanda Valdeolivas has a Doctor of Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and Professor of Labor and Social Security Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid. She joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022 as Of Counsel in the Labor practice.

Experience

Yolanda has more than 30 years of professional career. She stands out for her research and doctrinal work and for having held different positions of responsibility and management at the Autonomous University of Madrid, among which stands out Legal Advisor (1991-1995), Director of the Employment Guidance and Information Center (COIE). ) (1995-2002) and Dean of the Faculty of Law of said University (2014 and 2018).

After two years as Secretary of State for Employment (2018-2020), Yolanda returned to the University to continue her teaching and research work.

She is a mediator and arbitrator of the Interconfederal Mediation and Arbitration Service (SIMA), member of Advisory or Editorial Councils of various scientific journals and evaluator of research projects in different public agencies.
