Gustavo is a senior associate at Consortium Legal - Honduras. With 25 years of experience, he is specialized in the areas of banking practice, regulatory field, commercial contracting, litigation and arbitration. He has special emphasis on advising corporate, consumer loans, advising local and international financial institutions in the regulatory field; with extensive experience in credit cards, local, cross-border banking and credit operations, including structuring of guarantees for syndicated loans, financing of projects, as well as to diverse mercantile companies in all areas of commercial contracting, public and private construction contracts, investments, free trade agreements and bilateral and multilateral investment treaties, public associations, private and concessions. He has been part in multiple local, international arbitrations and before the Central American Court of Justice in matters of community law.
