He has extensive experience in corporate labor law, both individually and collectively.

For more than 13 years, he has been a consultant for local and regional companies; During which time he has worked as a professor at the University of Costa Rica in the chairs of Roman Law and Labor Law, as well as a professor and coordinator of the Specialized Program in Labor Law of the Continuing Education Program of the University of Costa Rica, aimed at lawyers and non-lawyer professionals, directly related to this branch of law. He was also a professor and coordinator of the Specialist Program in Labor Law of the School of Business Administration / FUNDATEC of the Technological Institute of Costa Rica. He has also been Professor of Labor Law and Social Security in several private Universities of Costa Rica.

Currently, she is part of the Committee of Excellence of the Bar Association of Costa Rica, the body responsible for the design, preparation and review of the Examination of Academic Excellence whose approval is required by law graduates to enroll and practice the profession.}
