Pablo has over 20 years of experience in Tax and Financial Law. Mr. Gazel has a vast amount of experience in both the private and the public sector. Mr. Gazel delved into different areas, such as specific fiscal consulting with other institutions across the region, the re-organization of the internal and external fiscal strategies, private consulting in regard to the corporative financial structuring, the analysis of fiscal regulations and the drafting of comprehensive legal opinions. He is also has experience in state planning.

This experience allowed him to become as an external consultant for the Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID). This opportunity allowed Mr. Gazel to participate in the drafting of three mayor tax regulations. He also was Manager of the International Tax Services Department at Ernst and Young.  He also collaborated with the National Treasury as the sub-director of the International Tariff Collection Department, where he participated in the managing and proceedings of the public administration.
