José Rafael is a partner at Consortium Legal - Honduras. With 25 years of experience in the sectors of banking and financial services; he is specialized in economic analysis of law with a background in corporate finance. His practice areas also include commercial law, insurance law, agency and distributorship, franchise law, trademarks, patents, copyright, antitrust, civil and commercial litigation, commercial arbitration and administrative law. He is a commercial arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa, Arbitration Center, where he has presided over arbitration tribunals.
He has also been a lead contact attorney for various local, multinational and foreign companies, banks and institutions regarding mainly foreign investment, financial, corporate and commercial law matters.
