Jürgen Nanne

Jürgen Nanne is Associate Partner of the M&A, Corporate and Employment practice groups of EY Law.

He has extensive experience in complex cross-border transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate transactions, matters concerning foreign direct investment, company law, commercial contracts and labor law.

As a member of the Labor Law practice he gives advice on employment laws, professional services, executive compensation, employee benefits, conflict resolution, and corporate hiring planning.

EDUCATION
Jürgen Nanne holds a degree in Law from the University of Costa Rica, as well as Master’s degrees in Law from Duke University and Commercial Law and Commercial Exchange from Fordham University. He is also a Notary Public graduated from the University of Costa Rica.
