Partner at Headrick since 2003. His professional practice is focused in the areas of litigation, labor matters, banking law, contractual law, commercial law, insurance law, civil responsibility, arbitration, the execution of contracts that involve public or private entities and telecommunications.
Tomás Hernandez Metz has been a professor at the Schools of Law and Business Administration of the Iberoamericana University (UNIBE), in the area of Labor Law.

His professional practice has been recognized and ranked in Band 1 by Chambers Global 2019 and Chambers Latin America 2020 in Labor & Employment and in Band 3 in Dispute Resolution. He is recommended by Latin Lawyer 250 2019.
