Partner at Headrick. Ms. Jimenez concentrates her practice in matters of civil, commercial and banking law, including mergers and acquisition and project finance. She also has extensive experience in the structuring and implementing of real estate and tourist projects. Ms. Jimenez has also a special focus on the firm in matters regarding aviation law, as well as in projects related to foreign investment, Law 173 issues.

Her professional practice has been recognized and ranked as Up and Coming by Chambers Global 2019 and Chambers Latin America 2020 in Corporate/Commercial. She is recommended by Latin Lawyer 250 2019.
