Araújo e Policastro Advogados has announced the arrival of its new partner, Fabíola Augusta Cavalcanti, to work in the Capital Markets and Corporate areas.

With solid experience in Capital and Financial Markets and Corporate Law, Fabíola joins our team to strengthen our operations in strategic areas such as corporations, investment funds, fundraising and financial operations.

Fabíola has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and M&A, fundraising transactions in the financial and capital markets, various financings, IPOs, structured transactions, debt restructurings, securitizations and investment funds.

He advises national and international clients in a wide range of projects and sectors, including retail, education, metallurgy, forestry investments, agribusiness and infrastructure, among others.
