A&O Shearman Advises Interbank on USD500 Million Senior Notes Offering

A&O Shearman acted as legal counsel to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. (Interbank) in connection with its international capital markets transaction involving the offering of USD500 million 4.800% Senior Notes due 2031. The transaction represents a significant issuance for Interbank and forms part of its ongoing access to the international debt capital markets.
