Automotores Toyota Colombia S.A.S. will be the new distributor of toyota vehicles in Colombia

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal advisor to the controlling shareholders of Distoyota in the joint venture with Toyota Motor Co. and Mitsui to form a new distributor of Toyota brand vehicle products in Colombia.

The name of the new company is Automotores Toyota Colombia S.A.S.

The integration authorization was obtained in February 2014. Finalization and execution of relevant contracts was concluded on December 4, 2014.
