Alessandri collaborates with ChileMujeres on "Legal Focus: Monthly Report"

Alessandri - With the aim of promoting fairer, more inclusive, and respectful work environments, Alessandri Abogados has joined as a strategic ally in the "Legal Focus: Monthly Report" initiative developed by the ChileMujeres Foundation, Buk, and La Araucana.

This project seeks to provide relevant legal information that contributes to public debate and the creation of workplaces where all people can exercise their rights on equal terms.

In its sixth edition, corresponding to August 2025, the report examines the functioning of maternity and paternity leave in Chile and highlights its importance in advancing gender equality and shared responsibility. The document presents a historical review, the current legal framework, relevant case law, current data, and a summary of the main labor protections that safeguard mothers, fathers, and caregivers.
