BLP advises Expeditors International

BLP advised Expeditors International, a Fortune 500 global logistics company from Seattle, USA, in the Lease Agreement with a purchase option of a warehouse and office building in the new Parque Logístico LatAm in the Coyol area of Alajuela, Costa Rica. The lease is for a 7 year period and the amount of the lease is confidential. Expeditors International will operate a fiscal warehouse and will translate all of its operations and offices into the newly leased space.

BLP’s participation consisted of a thorough due diligence of the property and the necessary permits, as well as the legal advisory for the negotiation of the lease, including warranty, insurance and industrial condominum matters.
