Biaggi Abogados, through partner Edward Piña and associate Nicole Guerrero, acted as local attorneys for Bain Capital and Griffin Global Asset Management in the capital investment and registration of the aircraft fleet in the launch of the new and first low-cost airline in the Caribbean, Arajet, based in Santo Domingo.

It will begin operating from AILA with flights to the Caribbean islands and Central America, then adding flights to the United States.
