Cecilia Quintanilla joins Forastieri Abogados

Effective November 15, 2004, Cecilia Quintanilla Madero will join Mexico City firm Forastieri Abogados, S.C.. The practice of Cecilia Quintanilla, a certified International Chamber of Commerce arbitrator, focuses on public biddings regarding infrastructure projects and procurement, IP, immigration law and commercial arbitration. Prior to her appointment at Forastieri Abogados, S.C., Ms. Quintanilla has been a sole practitioner and has recently been involved in a number of deals involving securities offerings and public works contracts.
