F. A. Arias & Muñoz, Honduras appoints new partner

F. A. Arias & Muñoz, Honduras, has recently named Evangelina Lardizábal as partner at their office in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She joined F.A. Arias & Muñoz, in 2002.

Her primary areas of practice are Corporate, Banking and Contracts Law, Trusts, Mergers and Acquisitions, International Transactions and Taxes. For more than 20 years she has been dedicated to the private practice of law and has counseled a wide range of local and international companies, banks and insurance companies. In addition, she provides management guidance for her client?s companies. Lardizábal has a Juris Doctor Degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (1984). She is a member of the Colegio de Abogados de Honduras.
