Ecuadorian firm Flor Bustamante Pizarro & Hurtado has announced the opening of a new office in the city of Cuenca, with the arrival of Andrés Gortaire and María Cristina Serrano as new partners.

The duo join from HEKA Law along with a team of 8 associates. 
 
The arrival of the team will strengthen the Corporate/M&A, Competition and Constitutional areas, and also leads the expansion of the firm to the most industrialized city in the country.
