Alessandri advises Fundación Iguales pro bono on data protection

Alessandri Abogados has launched a pro bono personal data advisory project for Fundación Iguales, as part of a collaboration aimed at strengthening the management and protection of sensitive information relating to highly vulnerable individuals.

The initiative was presented during a breakfast held at Alessandri Abogados’ offices, where the teams from both organizations reviewed progress made to date, exchanged experiences and assessed new opportunities to reinforce the tools and processes that support the foundation’s work.

Fundación Iguales is a pro bono client of Alessandri Abogados. As part of this collaboration, the firm is working with the foundation on matters relating to the management and protection of sensitive data, as well as the development of its regulatory compliance program.

The advisory work focuses on supporting Fundación Iguales in areas related to personal data protection and regulatory compliance, particularly given the nature of the information it manages and the profile of the individuals served by part of its work.
