Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises on the issuance of trust securities "AMES XXVI".

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal counsel in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the AMES XXVI financial trust, under the Ames Global Trust Securities Program, for a total amount of V/N $ 1,573,832,794.

The issuance was made on February 14, 2025 and included Class A Debt Securities (VRDA) for V/N ARS 968,000,000, Class B Debt Securities (VRDB) for V/N ARS 70,000,000 and Participation Certificates for V/N ARS 535,832,794. Asociación Mutual de la Economía Solidaria acted as trustee and information agent; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA acted as trustee; and Banco Mariva SA, as arranger and placement agent. 

The National Securities Commission authorized the public offering of these trust securities on February 7, 2025. The trust securities are traded on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico and listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA.

The VRDA, VRDB and the Certificados de Participación have been rated by Moody’s Local AR -Agente de Calificación de Riesgo SA- as "AAA.ar(sf)", "AA.ar (sf)" and "CC.ar (sf)", respectively.

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as sole legal counsel to the trust through a team led by partner Sergio Tálamo, assisted by associates Lautaro Penza and Lucia Capdepont.
