Marval advises Banco Itaú Argentina and Banco Mariva on a syndicated loan for Vision 101 S.A.  

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised Banco Itaú Argentina S.A. and Banco Mariva S.A. in a syndicated loan for a total of ARS 150,000,000 granted to Vision 101 S.A., the Argentine company that owns Isadora and Todomoda in Argentina, Chile, México and Perú.

The loan, disbursed by the banks on July 5, 2019, was guaranteed through a security assignment of collection rights resulting from sale operations in certain businesses made through credit and/or debit cards.

Banco Itaú Argentina S.A. acted as arranger, administrative agent, guarantee agent and lender; while Banco Mariva S.A. acted as lender.
