Marval advises Centroid on the acquisition of 100% of Qbit’s shares in Argentina, Chile and Peru
 

Marval O’Farrell Mairal has advised Centroid, a leading provider of digital transformation and consulting services, in the acquisition of 100% of Qbit in Argentina, Chile and Peru, facilitation the expansion of its operations into Latin America. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

The Marval O’Farrell Mairal team advising Centroid on the Argentinean law aspects was led by partner Hernán Slemenson, together with associates Carolina Fiuza, Juan Pablo Máspero and Delfina Estrada.

Centroid was also advised by Willkie Farr & Gallagher (USA) as lead counsel on the transaction through the team led by Justin Sommerkamp and associates Daniela Abadi and Jack Clarke. Carey Abogados (Patricia Silberman and Jaime Coutts) and Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados (Eduardo López Sandoval) advised Centroid in Chile and Peru, respectively.

Qbit was advised by Viramonte y Acuña Abogados, through partner Joaquín Acuña and associate Santiago Álvarez.
