Marval advises Isolux in the sale of Loma Blanca Wind Farm
On January 25, 2017, Gupo Isolux Corsán S.A closed the sale by Grupo Isolux Corsán S.A., Isolux Ingeniería S.A. and Isolux Ingeniería S.A. Sucursal Argentina of 100% of its shares in Isolux Corsán Energías Renovables S.A., Parque Eólico Loma Blanca I S.A., Parque Eólico Loma Blanca II S.A. and Parque Eólico Loma Blanca III S.A. to Sideli S.A. (in respect of the first of the companies) and Sidsel S.A. (in respect of the remaining companies), developers of renewable energy projects.
As consequence of these transfers, the Spanish group Isolux Corsan sold the Loma Blanca Wind Farm for the generation of electricity from renewable sources, located in the Province of Chubut.
