Marval advises Lojas Renner on its landing in the Argentine market 

Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal advised the Brazilian Company Lojas Renner on its landing in the Argentine market.

Renner is the largest department store clothing company in Brazil, and it will launch three stores in Argentina –one in the City of Buenos Aires and two in Córdoba – during the second semester of 2019.

The transaction is part of a regional expansion plan that began in 2017 with the opening of stores in Uruguay.

Marval acted as legal advisor to Lojas Renner in Argentina with partner Pablo Artagaveytia and associates Ignacio Torino, Fernanda Molina and María Laura Bolatti Cristófaro.

Eloísa Elena Sassen and Carlos Henrique Barroso acted as in-house counsels to Lojas Renner.
