Marval advises NowVertical on international financing transaction with HSBC UK Bank PLC

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal counsel in Argentina for NowVertical Group Inc. (TSXV: NOW) -a leading provider of data and artificial intelligence solutions- in the framework of an international financing transaction for a total amount of up to USD 26 million granted by HSBC UK Bank PLC.

The transaction is part of NowVertical’s overall strategy to optimize its capital structure, consolidate existing liabilities and increase its financial flexibility to support organic growth and future strategic acquisitions.

Marval was involved in advising on the Argentine legal aspects of the transaction, including the structuring and implementation of local guarantees. The advice was provided in close coordination with the company’s international legal and financial teams.
