Marval promotes two associates to partner 

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal promoted two associates to partner: María Macarena García Mirri and Guillermo Osorio. These promotions strengthen the development of two of the firm’s key practice areas: Corporate / M&A and Labor & Employment. The new partners already have a wealth of experience and are highly specialized in their respective areas of expertise:

•            María Macarena García Mirri specializes in corporate and commercial law, with 14 years of experience. Her wide range of expertise includes mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and dispute resolutions. María Macarena has completed a postgraduate course in Legal Business Advice at the Universidad Católica Argentina and is currently taking a Master’s in Economy & Law at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. 

•            Guillermo Matías Osorio is an expert in Labor & Employment, and has more than 10 years’ experience in the firm. After his graduation from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2007, he went on to take two Master’s degrees: one in Labor Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina, and a second in Complex Litigation before the Argentine Supreme Court, at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.  He has also taught Update courses on Individual & Collective Law and Labor Procedural Law for the Asociación Argentina de Derecho del Trabajo y la Seguridad Social.
