Pegasus acquires Freddo

Pegasus acquired 100% of Freddo, the main Argentine ice cream retailer chain.

Pegasus managers are Mario Quintana, Woods Staton, Michael Chu, Dirk Donath and Richard Gluzman. All of them have extensive combined business experience in USA, Europe and Latin America, including capital investments, private equity, M&A and management.

Pegasus was assisted by Allende & Brea through partners Gustavo Garrido, Diego Garrido and Valeriano Guevara Lynch, and associates Silvia Poratelli, Raúl Granillo Ocampo, Marcelo García Sellart, Paula Azulay, Mariana Herrera and Agustín Cases.

The seller was assisted by Estudio Beccar Varela through partners Roberto Crouzel and Horacio E. Beccar Varela, junior partners María Benson and Mariano González and associates Maximiliano D?Auro and María Shakespear.
