Pérez-Llorca advises the French group MK2

Pérez-Llorca advised the French group MK2 on the purchase of a production unit which integrates most of the assets, liabilities, agreements, licenses and legal relations of Cinesur Circuito Sánchez-Ramade. The purchase also includes the leases for nine of the eleven cinemas that Cinesur Circuito Sánchez-Ramade operates. The transaction was executed through MK2 Cine Sur, a Spanish subsidiary wholly owned by MK2.
