Pérez-Llorca has announced the incorporation as partner of Sara Molina Pérez-Tomé, a professional with two decades of experience in the field of digital transformation in the legal sector. With this appointment, the Firm takes a further step in the development of its Legal Tech and Digital Transformation area, in line with its strategic commitment to innovation, technology applied to the practice of law and the transformation and development of legal practice.

From her new position, Sara Molina Pérez-Tomé will lead the promotion of this area working for the Firm’s clients in conjunction with the different legal practices of the Firm in all matters related to its digital transformation. An approach that will increase the impact, scale knowledge and accelerate the adoption of solutions that respond to both the challenges of the present and the opportunities of the future.

Together with the new partner, a team of lawyers and engineers will accompany the Firm’s clients in their digital transformations, both from a legal point of view and in the implementation of the processes and tools necessary to achieve them.

Sara Molina Pérez-Tomé, a graduate in Law and specialized in digital law, has held positions of responsibility in international firms and top-level consulting firms. Before joining Pérez-Llorca, she led pioneering projects in technological transformation and design of innovative legal solutions for large companies. He combines his advisory work with the co-presidency of the Innovation and Law section of the Madrid Bar Association and his participation in the boards of several associations related to legal innovation.
