Salaverri and Tanoira advise on Creaurban’s S.A. bond issuance

Creaurban S.A. ("Creaurban"), a leading Argentine company in the construction and real estate developments industry, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of the following Notes: (i) Negotiable Obligations Series 6 (the "Notes Series 6") corporate bonds with a nominal value in pesos of $981.439.748, subscribed and integrated in pesos or kind; (ii) Negotiable Obligations Series 7 corporate bonds with a nominal value set in inflation-adjusted units (the "UVA") equivalent to $402.855.939,92 subscribed and integrated in pesos or kind (the "Notes Series 7" and together with the Notes Series 6 the "Notes").

Creaurban was advised by Salaverri, Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán; while Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., SBS Capital S.A.,  and Banco Santander Río S.A., which acted as arrangers (together, the "Arrangers"); and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., Banco Santander Río S.A., SBS Capital S.A., Banco Hipotecario S.A., BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Allaria Ledesma & Cía S.A., Negocios Financieros y Bursátiles S.A., SBS Trading S.A., Invertir en Bolsa S.A , AR Partners S.A, Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U. and AdCap Securities Argentina S.A. acted as placement agents (together, the "Placement Agents"), were advised by Tanoira Cassagne Abogados.


The Notes were issued on September 13th, 2021, under the Non-Convertible Simple Notes Program for up to USD$ 40.000.000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) (the "Program"). Notes Series 6, denominated and payable in Pesos or kind, bear a variable interest rate; the Notes Series 7, denominated in UVA and adjustable with the variation of the Reference Stabilization Coefficient, bare a fixed annual rated of the 5,30%.

 The Notes were partially integrated in kind, through the delivery of notes series 4 issued by Creaurban on January 18, 2021.

 The Notes Series 6 mature on September 13th, 2022, and the Notes Series 7 mature on March 13th, 2024.
