TCA Tanoira Cassagne advises in the structuring of a Syndicated Loan to Centro Tecnológico Agropecuario

TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Centro Tecnológico Agropecuario S.A. as borrower ("CTA" or the "Borrower") and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba S.A. as lenders (the "Lenders") in the structuring of a US$3,900,000 syndicated loan.

The disbursement took place on January 13, 2025.

CTA is a company dedicated to the production, collection, selection and export of confectionary peanuts, achieving traceability from the selection of the field to the delivery of the product to the customer.
