Salaverri and Tanoira advise on Creaurban’s S.A. bond issuance

Creaurban S.A. ("Creaurban"), a leading Argentine company in the construction and real estate developments industry, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of class 5 corporate bonds with a nominal value in pesos of $1.922.000.000, subscribed and integrated in said currency (the "Notes Series 5" or the "Notes", indistinctly). 

Creaurban was advised by Salaverri, Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán; while Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., SBS Trading S.A.,  Banco Santander Río S.A., and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. which acted as arrangers (together, the "Arrangers"); and the Arrangers, together with Banco Hipotecario S.A., BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Allaria Ledesma & Cía S.A., Negocios Financieros y Bursátiles S.A., Invertir en Bolsa S.A , and AdCap Securities Argentina S.A. acted as placement agents (together, the "Placement Agents"), were advised by Tanoira Cassagne Abogados.

The Notes were issued on March 29th, 2021, under the Non-Convertible Simple Notes Program for up to USD$ 40.000.000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) (the "Program"). Notes Series 5, denominated and payable in Pesos, bear a variable interest rate. The Notes were partially integrated in kind, through the delivery of notes series 3 issued by Creaurban on July 23, 2020. The Notes Series 5 mature on March 29th, 2022.
