Tanoira Cassagne advises Meranol in the issuance of Notes 

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has assisted Meranol S.A.C.I., as issuer, in the issuance of Notes issued in two classes: (i) Notes Class 12 in argentine pesos for the amount of AR$ 45,000,000; and (ii) Notes Class 13 in US Dollars, integrated and payable in argentine pesos, for the amount of US Dollars 3,044,653. 

The transaction was closed on February 9th, 2021.

Notes Class 12 are due on August 11th, 2022, and were tendered at 5,89% over BADLAR rate, with interest payable half yearly.

Notes Class 13 are due on February 11th, 2023, and were tendered at 4% rate, with interest payable half yearly.

The Notes are listed at the Bolsa y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (Buenos Aires Stock Exchange) and in Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
