Commenting the transation to Latin Counsel, partner Juan Daniel Rodríguez said, ?The transaction was particularly interesting based on the fact that besides the ordinary provisions applicable to a commercial real estate transaction, this one had the additional ingredient of being regulated by the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, to which the United States of America and Mexico are parties.?

Cushman & Wakefield, through its partner Mario Navarro played a major role in the negotiation and successful closing of this transaction.
