ThermaSource is established in El Salvador to expand its operations in Central America

García & Bodán, though Oscar Torres, Senior Associate, and David Claros, Associate, has recently provided legal services to ThermaSource in the constitution of a local society, ThermaSource El Salvador, Ltda. de C.V. and has made all necessary arrangements for its inscription before the Registry of Commerce of El Salvador, so that it can operate and expand its operations to the Republic of El Salvador.
ThermaSource is the leading service provider in the geothermal industry in the United States and has expanded its leadership position overseas. Established over 30 years ago as an engineering and consulting firm, ThermaSource has diversified into contract drilling, cementing, and mud logging in the last five years. The company is currently expanding selectively into the oil and gas sector.
In Central America, ThermaSource entered in 2010, establishing in Nicaragua to provide its services in the most important geothermal project in the country. So far the office in that country has provided legal advice in corporate, commercial, labor, immigration, customs and tax matters.
