Rodner, Martinez & Asociados was established in 1977. The firm currently acts as local counsel to international banks, including investment banks, multinational agencies and corporations. We also work for international funds involved in investments in Venezuelan debt and equity securities. The international banks include banks headquartered in Japan, Hong Kong, Italy, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United States and Canada.
