Abel Navarro Batista

For more than a decade, Abel Navarro Batista has advised companies and business owners in Panama’s main economic sectors, including construction, real estate, energy and retail.

His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, litigation, real estate law, regulated commercial activities (including energy and telecommunications), employment and immigration law, and intellectual property.

He taught civil procedure and commercial law at the Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Panama in 2005 and was admitted to practice that same year. After holding public office in the Judicial Branch in 2006, he founded Panama Legal Business.
