Alejandro Antillón heads the real estate and hospitality division, advising an impressive portfolio of high-profile developers and hotel chains on transactional, financing and regulatory matters. He is also part of the Corporate / M & A division.
He is an active member of the International Tax Planning Division, working jointly on complex real estate deals and international tax structures.
For a one-year period in 2004-2005, he served as General Manager of Stewart Title Costa Rica, a prominent international title insurer with extensive operations in Central America. In addition to the recognized expertise that defines his practice, his experience at the company deepened his knowledge of Costa Rica’s real estate markets and those across the region.
He holds a law degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Universidad Autónoma de Centro América and a master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Washington College of Law.
